Otoño a lo Cubano

Vendor setup guide

Everything you need to arrive, set up, and pack out for Sunday, October 25, 2026 in the Leto parking lot. The festival runs 10 AM to 4 PM.

Choose your arrival window

Pick one. Either way, your booth must be fully set by 9:30 AM Sunday.

Option 1: Saturday, Oct 24

4:30 PM
Drop off items
6:30 PM

The stage is being built during this window. Bring your items any time between 4:30 and 6:30 PM; you must be finished and off the lot by 6:30 PM.

Option 2: Sunday, Oct 25

6:00 AM arrive and set up
9:30 set
10 AM

Arrive as early as 6:00 AM. Setup complete and vehicles moved to vendor parking by 9:30 AM. Doors open at 10 AM.

Your 10x10 space

Each 10x10 space covers two parking spaces. We will mark your space with chalk, and a sign stand with your logo and the festival passport theme will be waiting there for you.

Every tent sits on concrete, so stakes will not work. Bring weights for each tent leg to keep it secure through the day.

What to bring

You are responsible for your own setup. We provide the marked space and your sign stand; everything else comes with you.

  • Tent, table, and chairs. Plus any displays, racks, or accessories that are part of your setup.
  • Tent weights. One for each leg. The lot is concrete.
  • A trash can for guests. Required for every vendor serving food or beverages.
  • Extension cords, if you need power. Outlets are standard exterior building outlets.
  • A generator for high-voltage equipment. Building outlets cannot support high-voltage use.
  • Bags for your own trash. All trash from your tent leaves with you at the end of the day.

Vehicles and parking

Unload, then move your vehicle out to the vendor parking section. All cars must be off the festival area by 9:30 AM.

With more than 60 vendors attending, please limit yourself to one vehicle per vendor in the vendor parking lot.

Pack out

The festival ends at 4 PM. Take down your tent and leave your two parking spaces as clean as you found them.

All trash from your tent goes home with you, including anything guests dropped in your booth's trash can.

Your passport stop

Your booth is a stop on the festival passport. Guests carry their passport through the lot and visit each stop, so expect a steady flow of visitors looking for your sign.

Your sign stand shows your logo and the passport theme so guests can spot you from the aisle. Check the vendor space map to confirm your space and stop before you arrive.
